The Situation
Setiawan Sprei's warehouse operations had no dedicated system for tracking inventory, so day-to-day stock decisions were being made without reliable data.
How I Untangled It
Led requirement gathering firsthand and coordinated the development process end-to-end as project lead.
A small-scale inventory management system aligned with daily warehouse operations.
Outcome
The first system led from requirements through delivery, about a year before the CDMS work at Apparel One began.
